I am SO thankful for this tea! It tastes delicious, with a lovely light mint flavor. I add honey and sipping it is a delicious way to prepare for bedtime. Having just moved to a new state with kids and pets, life has been a bit stressful. For the first time ever, I have been laying in bed awake for 2 hours each night, wishing I could sleep. This tea has solved that! I drink 1 cup before bed and now I fall asleep easily and sleep the night through!
