Spring Maiden Facial Steam

This steam clarifies pores and calms inflammation with Calendula and Linden, while delicate scents of Jasmine, Heather, and Lavender offer a moment of peace. It is a lovely way to reduce irritation or redness and leave your skin feeling refreshed and renewed.

Botanical steam instructions:

1. Place at least 2 tablespoons of the herbal blend into a large glass or ceramic bowl.
2. Pour boiling water over the herbs until the bowl is half about full. Let the herbs infuse for a minute, and let it slightly cool.
3. Drape a large towel over your head and the bowl, creating a steam tent. Keep your face about 8–10 inches from the water.
4. Close your eyes and inhale deeply for 5–10 minutes.
