Foraged & Sown, a beloved local company to us, has been producing creative herbal products since 2015. This woman-owned and operated farm focuses on both cultivated and foraged ingredients, ensuring true sustainability through careful research and monitoring. They've been proudly certified organic by OEFFA since 2017, and in 2020, they also earned Real Organic Project certification, underscoring their commitment to planetary health.

Nobility Grape Rosemary: Concord grapes, the grapiest of all varieties, really shine in this lower-sugar jelly. With our addition of rosemary, this jelly will elevate your toast to a truly divine experience or sit well with an assortment of cheeses from mild to assertive. Foraged & Sown fruit preserves are made in small batches with farm-direct fruit. We visit Grabelsek Vineyard in Geneva, Ohio each autumn to harvest concord grapes in a 3-generation family team.

Resonance Sour Cherry: Tart Montmorency cherries are married with tarragon, black pepper and syrupy aged balsamic vinegar in this tart, sweet, piquant preserve. Resonance is bright enough to hold its own with cured meats and complex enough to carry through the richness of a creamy cheese or boldness of an aged hard cheese. Ingredients: Montmorency Cherries, Cane Sugar, Pectin, Aged Balsamic Vinegar, Tarragon, Black Pepper

Foraged & Sown fruit preserves are made in small batches with farm-direct fruit. These cherries are flash frozen and shipped to us directly from King Orchards in northern Michigan.
