Foraged & Sown, a beloved local company to us, has been producing creative herbal products since 2015. This woman-owned and operated farm focuses on both cultivated and foraged ingredients, ensuring true sustainability through careful research and monitoring. They've been proudly certified organic by OEFFA since 2017, and in 2020, they also earned Real Organic Project certification, underscoring their commitment to planetary health.

Soil, Sun & Sea Herbal Salt: This is our everyday blend that goes well with almost everything. Roasting a chicken? Frying an egg? Having a slice of avocado toast with tomato? This is a go-to blend, full of garlic, white pepper and herbs, that has all the flavor you need.

This is the first salt we introduced our first season in 2015, and it holds strong as the customer favorite even today. Ingredients: Sea salt, Garlic, White Pepper, Savory, Marjoram, Thyme

PSR Black Herbal Salt: Parsley, Sage and Rosemary pack a punch in this black sea salt blend. We particularly enjoy using this salt as a vibrant finish on pureed squash soup or roasted vegetables for a bit of color and texture.

Don't be fooled by its appearance, this blend is only salt and herbs. There's no pepper to be found here. Ingredients: Sea salt, Black sea salt, Sage, Rosemary, Parsley
