Golden milk is a traditional Indian drink, with roots in Ayurveda. Our blend is simple to make and satisfying to sip.

Our Golden Milk is balanced in spices that enhance turmeric's antioxidant power. Turmeric is known to be anti-inflammatory, relieves joint stiffness, supports the immune system, memory and promotes overall wellness & joy. Fresh ground black pepper helps our bodies absorb the goodness of the turmeric. Marshmallow root helps soothe our digestive system and offset turmeric's inherent drying qualities; it also imparts extra creaminess to our blend.

Flavor: Rich, warming and creamy. Full-bodied and balanced chai.

To Brew: Simply simmer a cup of your favorite dairy or plant based milk or water, add (at most) 1 teaspoon of golden milk powder, sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste and enjoy sipping your instant cuppa coziness.
