Brewing: Use 2 tsp. to infuse one cup. Pour freshly boiled water over the tea and let steep 4-8 minutes. Strain and add milk or sweetener if desired. Enjoy hot or iced.
Chai Lover's Tip: Decoction: place 1 tablespoon of tea blend into a pan on the stovetop and add 4-8 ounces of water and 4 ounces of your favorite milk (or milk substitute). So much warm spicy goodness. It is definitely a real great version of chai. I am learning to venture out and try something I may think isn’t going to be much different , it was a wonderful addition to the chai choices.
My husband is finally starting to enjoy a daily tea...step aside coffee! Ritual Chai has by far been his favorite tea. A lot of people do not like chai because it tastes "too spicy". Ritual Chai is nice and smooth blend that any soul would enjoy! Take it from my husband! It's worth a try.

Love this tea so much! I like spicy chai so I follow the directions on the bag about simmering rather than steeping in water to bring out more spice and it's one of my go-to's!
