Meet your Instructor

Carrie has been guiding movement and wellness spaces for over two decades, beginning her teaching journey at the age of 19 with mat Pilates. Over the years she expanded her training across a variety of modalities including yoga, aerial yoga, and strength training, while also leading and building within the boutique fitness world. After many years of teaching and entrepreneurship, Carrie stepped away and relocated to Florida — a chapter that became a deeply personal period of reflection and spiritual awakening. Eventually, that journey called her back home with a renewed sense of purpose and connection to community. Today, she is a certified Intuitive Healing Guide and Spiritual Coach, blending her decades of movement experience with practices that support nervous system regulation, presence, and inner reconnection. Through SolFlow, Carrie creates grounded spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and return to a more natural inner rhythm. Outside of teaching, Carrie can often be found paddleboarding, tending her garden with hands in the soil, hiking the Mohican trails, or simply barefoot in nature — places where she feels most connected to the quiet wisdom that guides her work.
Her goal is to share her knowledge and experience with others to empower them to enjoy holistic care in our everyday life.
In her spare time she most enjoys spending time with her family in nature; hiking, biking, paddle boarding and traveling. She is a fervent listener of audiobooks and loves plants.
