SACRED | Loose Incense Blend

Created with love and intention. This incense blend is handcrafted and filled with grounding botanicals like Cedar, Rose and White Sage to help you to feel centered, alongside Juniper Berries, Palo Santo, Copal Resin & Lavender. These botanicals are also a wonderful tool for heart work. 

Burning loose incense is easy and also quite magical! The session can last for as long of as short as you'd like.

Step 1- Add salt or sand into a fireproof dish. I like using Ceramic or Brass.

Step 2- Light a charcoal disc. The easiest way to do this is to place it over an open flame, like a candle, using tongs, until you see it ignite. This happens when you see tiny magical sparks go across the disc. This can take about 30-60 seconds, sometimes longer, depending on what you're using. You can also place the unlit disc on top of the salt/sand and hold a lighter up to the corner of it until it ignites. This method takes longer.

Step 3-Place the lit disc on top of the salt/sand, then allow it to heat up a little, 10-20 seconds is usually good. 

Step 4- The most magical part! Sprinkle a small pinch of incense on top of the disc. 

Step 5- Enjoy the scented smoke tendrils.  Add more as needed or simply quit "feeding" the charcoal to stop your incense session. 

Never leave burning incense unattended, always crack a window when burning.

Below you will find an easy intention ritual that is great to do on the last night of the year. 

✨ On a small piece of paper, write down something you’re ready to leave behind in 2025—or something you hope to welcome into 2026. It could be a goal, a single word, a prayer, or even a message for someone you love.

Bundle up, because this ritual is meant to be done under the open sky. Bring your loose incense and a heat-safe vessel for burning.

Follow the steps above to begin your incense session. Once the botanicals are burning steadily, gently roll your paper and place it onto the charcoal. If you’d like, sprinkle a little more incense over top to carry your intention further.

Close your eyes for a moment and return to what you wrote. Take a slow breath in, then release it to the wind as the tendrils of smoke rise—letting your intention lift with them.

When you’re finished, be sure the charcoal is fully extinguished before stepping away.
