- Ingredients: *Chamomile, *hops, *skullcap, *passionflower, *peppermint, *milky oat tops and oat straw, *lavender and *valerian root. *organic

- Brewing Loose Leaf Tea: Use 1 Tbsp. to infuse one cup. Pour soft boiled water over the tea and let steep 4-8 minutes. Strain and enjoy!
