Indulge in serenity with our herbal tea blend, perfect for moments of much-needed rest to soothe both the body and mind. This carefully crafted blend is designed for bedtime or whenever you desire a sense of peace and tranquility. Suitable for all ages, this tea is both comforting and calming.
- Ingredients: *Spearmint, *chamomile, *passionflower, *lemon balm, red rose petals, *lavender and *korintje cinnamon chips. *Organic
- Caffeine Level: None
- Flavor: Balanced, mild, light mint and florals
- Brewing Loose Leaf Tea: Use 2 tsp. to infuse one cup. Pour freshly boiled water over the tea and let steep 5-8 minutes. Strain and add honey if desired. For Iced tea, brew strong with half the amount of water. Let steep 5-8 minutes then strain over a cup filled with ice.

I’m new to the tea experience and happened upon Gnat & Bee during a visit with our grands. The proprietor at G&B was so knowledgeable and helpful. She explained aspects of all the teas I was considering and I chose this as one of those. This tea has beautiful floral notes and a great balance between lavender and herbal flavors that come together lovely. I purchased the 2 oz size and will definitely be reordering the largest size available. While some users mention they drink this at night to help with sleep, I drink this midday for a relaxing moment in my otherwise whirlwind day.

Serenity blend has a great balance between lavender and "herbal" flavors that comes together in a cup to clip loose ends and calm jangled thoughts at the end of the day.
This tea is now part of my nightly routine, as an insomniac I highly recommend it. The taste is very pleasant , it’s a great treat I look forward to every night.
