Ingredients: *Spearmint, *chamomile, *passionflower, *lemon balm, red rose petals, *lavender and *korintje cinnamon chips. *organic

Flavor: Balanced, mild, light mint and florals

Brewing Loose Leaf Tea: Use 2 tsp. to infuse one cup. Pour freshly boiled water over the tea and let steep 5-8 minutes. Strain and add honey if desired. For Iced tea, brew strong with half the amount of water. Let steep 5-8 minutes then strain over a cup filled with ice.

Packaging: 1.8 oz compostable pouches brew 15-20 servings. Samples brew 4 servings.

This tea is our family's favorite, although so far nothing from Gnat & Bee has disappointed. We love buying local so this tea company is a win win for us. Serenity tea calms our nerves after a fretful busy day. It's also a mild tea that is perfect to serve to people whether they are tea drinkers or not-they usually ask, "where can I buy this tea?"
